Get ready for the ultimate Chanukah celebration! Join us for an unforgettable Teen Party Bus Chanukah Experience as we cruise through Seattle with music, lights, and nonstop energy. The bus will leave from Chabad NW Seattle and travel to a variety of cool Seattle spots for epic photos, fun surprises, and Chanukah vibes all night long.

We’ll finish the night back at Chabad with a final menorah lighting together.

Important: This event will take place only if we reach at least 20 teen signups. If not, you will receive a full refund.

I hereby give permission for my child to participate in the Teen Party Bus Chanukah Event hosted by Chabad NW Seattle.

The event includes transportation on a professionally licensed party bus, supervised activities, and group participation. I understand that while Chabad NW Seattle will provide appropriate supervision, there are inherent risks associated with transportation and group events.

I acknowledge the following:

Transportation: My teen will be traveling on a party bus operated by a licensed and insured company.

Supervision: Chabad staff and volunteers will supervise the group to the best of their ability.

Liability: I release and hold harmless Chabad NW Seattle, its staff, volunteers, and representatives from any liability for injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur during the event, except in cases of gross negligence.

Medical: In case of emergency, I authorize Chabad NW Seattle staff to seek medical care for my teen.

Behavior: My teen agrees to follow all rules, instructions, and expectations for safe and respectful conduct.
