Join us for an inspiring outdoor Rosh Hashanah celebration at Shofar in the Park.
Tuesday, September 23rd at 5:30 PM near the wading pool at Green Lake.
Experience the sound of the Shofar, a powerful call to spiritual renewal, as we gather with friends and family in the beautiful surroundings of our community park. This short and meaningful ceremony is open to all ages, offering a chance to connect with tradition, reflect on the year ahead, and enjoy a sense of unity. You don't need any prior knowledge, just come as you are!
Following the Shofar blowing, we will hold a Tashlich service, symbolically casting away our past mistakes by the water. Plus, kids will love the special goody bags we'll be handing out to celebrate the occasion!
No need to register in advance, but if you can, we’d greatly appreciate it so we can ensure enough goody bags for everyone.

There is a Mitzvah to hear the Shofar on both days of Rosh Hashana. On Wednesday, Septemebr 24th we will blow the shofar at 6:45 PM at the Chabad Center at 115 N 85th st, Seattle Wa 98103.
