Bat/Bar Mitzvah registration form

Bar Mitzvah:  $1900 for Hebrew School students, this includes all lessons, officiating the ceremony and a pair of  Talit &Teffillin.

For non students, the cost is $1,000 for the ceremony and Teffilin and $60 per lesson.

Tutoring lessons: Please make the check out or pay via venmo to Yoni  Levitin. Hebrew School students, $800. Non Hebrew school students $900. Venmo  @Yoni-Levitin.

Hall Fee for full catered affair at Chabad:  $150 (Includes set up and clean up. Does not include food )
