Bat/Bar Mitzvah registration form

Bar Mitzvah: $2,250 for Hebrew School students, this includes all lessons, officiating the ceremony, and a pair of  Tallit &Teffillin.

For non students, the cost is $1,300 for the ceremony and Teffilin and $70 per lesson. Most lesson plans are 15 lessons. If there are more then that will be discussed between your family and the Rabbi.

Bat Mitzvah: $1000 for Hebrew School students, this includes all lessons and the ceremony. For non students, the cost is $500 for the ceremony, and $70 per lesson.

Hall Fee for full catered affair at Chabad: $150 (Includes set up and clean up. Does not include food )
